Limitation of Liability

Any custom code or configurations we create specifically for your site as part of a paid engagement become your property upon full payment.

Either party may terminate an engagement at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate an engagement after work has commenced, you are responsible for payment for work already completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, including in cases where a site is being used for unlawful purposes.
Governing Law
